麻布十番店・閉店のお知らせ[Notice of Closure – Azabu-Juban Branch]
麻布十番店は、ビルの取り壊しに伴う退去要請を受け、誠に残念ではございますが、2026年3月15日（日）をもちまして閉店いたしました。
1年7ヵ月の間、ご利用いただき誠にありがとうございました。
今後のお客様への対応につきましては、フレアーズメンバー、プレミアムメンバー、プラチナムメンバー様は、千葉中央店にて引き続きご利用いただけます。
有効期限はLメンバーズカードへ記載の有効期限より無償にて半年間延長させていただきます。ご利用実績(継続年数)もそのまま引き継ぎいたします。
タンニングジェル、クリームの店頭キープ分につきましては、お客様へお返しいたしますので千葉中央店までご連絡ください。お返しできなかったお客様のキープボトルは、本社にて3月より半年間(〜9月末日迄)保管し、ご連絡の無い場合は処分いたします。 閉店に伴いご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
Due to a request to vacate the building in connection with its demolition, we regret to inform you that the Azabu-Juban branch permanently closed on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your patronage over the past one year and seven months.
Customers who have tanning gel or cream bottles being kept at the store may contact the Chiba Chuo branch to arrange their return. Bottles that could not be returned directly to customers will be stored at our head office for six months beginning in March (until the end of September). Any bottles for which we do not receive inquiries during this period will be disposed of.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the closure and appreciate your understanding.
